Changes to Subprocessors

Notification

We will notify you at least 30 days before adding a new Subprocessor. Notification will be sent via:

Email to your Account administrator
In-app notification
This page (with updated "Last Updated" date)

Objection

If you object to a new Subprocessor, you may:

Contact us at within 30 days of notification
Discuss alternative arrangements with us
If no resolution is reached, terminate your Account and receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of your current billing period

Subprocessor Security Requirements

Each Subprocessor is required to:

Maintain appropriate security measures for the data they process
Process data only as instructed by LogiqLead
Comply with applicable data protection laws
Enter into data processing agreements where required
Notify LogiqLead promptly of any security incidents
