GDPR Notice
This notice provides additional information about how Logiqcube Consulting ("LogiqLead", "we", "us") handles personal data in connection with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom (UK), and other jurisdictions where the GDPR applies.
Important: This notice is provided for informational purposes and describes our current practices. Logiqcube Consulting is based in India and does not have a established presence in the EU/EEA. Users should assess their own compliance obligations under the GDPR, including whether a representative in the EU/EEA is required under Article 27.
1. Data Controller
For personal data processed through the LogiqLead platform:
- Data Controller: The customer using LogiqLead (you)
- Data Processor: Logiqcube Consulting (LogiqLead)
When you import or process lead data through LogiqLead, you are the data controller for that data. LogiqLead acts as a data processor acting on your instructions.
For personal data processed by LogiqLead for its own purposes (e.g., account management, billing, support), LogiqLead is the data controller.
2. Legal Bases for Processing
Where the GDPR applies, we process personal data under the following legal bases:

4. International Data Transfers
LogiqLead is operated from India. When personal data is transferred from the EEA/UK to India or other countries, we take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, which may include:
- Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission
- Adequacy decisions where available
- Your explicit consent where required
5. Data Subject Rights
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

We will respond to your request within 30 days. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing your request.
Note: Where LogiqLead processes data solely on behalf of a customer, requests regarding that data should generally be directed to the relevant customer acting as the data controller.

9. Children's Data
The Service is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly process data from children under 16.
10. Automated Decision-Making
We do not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects concerning you.
