Important: This notice is provided for informational purposes and describes our current practices. Logiqcube Consulting is based in India and does not have a established presence in the EU/EEA. 1. Data Controller

For personal data processed through the LogiqLead platform:

Data Controller: The customer using LogiqLead (you)
Data Processor: Logiqcube Consulting (LogiqLead)

When you import or process lead data through LogiqLead, you are the data controller for that data. LogiqLead acts as a data processor acting on your instructions.

For personal data processed by LogiqLead for its own purposes (e.g., account management, billing, support), LogiqLead is the data controller.

Note: Where LogiqLead processes data solely on behalf of a customer, requests regarding that data should generally be directed to the relevant customer acting as the data controller.

The Service is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly process data from children under 16.
