1. Copyright Infringement Claims

1.1 Filing a Claim

If you believe that content on the LogiqLead platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a notification to our designated copyright agent.

Your notification must include:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
  2. Identification of the infringing material and its location on the Service
  3. Your contact information (name, address, phone number, email)
  4. A statement of good faith that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  5. A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in your notification is accurate
  6. Your physical or electronic signature

1.2 Submit a Notification

1.3 Counter-Notification

If your content was removed due to a copyright notification and you believe the removal was erroneous, you may submit a counter-notification including:

  1. Identification of the removed content and its prior location
  2. Your contact information
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was erroneous
  4. Your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in Vadodara, Gujarat, India
  5. Your physical or electronic signature

2. Repeat Infringers

We will terminate the Accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. A repeat infringer is a user who has been notified of infringing activity more than twice or has had content removed more than twice.

3. Good Faith

We process copyright notifications in good faith. Filing false or bad-faith notifications may result in legal liability under applicable law.

4. Your Responsibilities

As a user of LogiqLead, you are responsible for:

  • Ensuring that emails and content you send do not infringe copyright
  • Having rights or proper licenses for all content, templates, and materials you use
  • Not copying or distributing copyrighted materials without authorization
  • Complying with applicable intellectual property laws

5. Applicable Law

This policy is governed by the laws of India, including the Copyright Act, 1957, and other applicable intellectual property legislation. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Vadodara, Gujarat, India.
